5. Governing law; jurisdiction; venue
This agreement ("agreement") shall be construed solely in accordance within the internal laws of the state of Colorado, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws. Any actions, proceedings or suits concerning or relating to this agreement may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arapahoe County, Colorado, or in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado in Denver, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such court and waives any objections thereto.

8. Reprint/reproduction requests
Reprinting or reproducing materials of MSI’s is expressly prohibited by US copyright laws. MSI will consider requests for usage of its materials.
