"I have been a patient of your clinic for a number of years and I just wanted to say thank you (again) for the outstanding care you provided me. I ended up in the emergency room at Fairview Wyoming last week and the ER doctor reached out to your clinic and talked with PA Chad Swearingen. Not only did Chad show up at the hospital, but Dr. Rieser did as well and they performed an emergency back surgery on me that (in my opinion) saved my life. I was pretty certain I was going to die from pain up to that point.
