This position works collaboratively with surgeons and mid-level providers, multiple departments and clinic sites. Experience with NextGen EHR/EPM highly desirable. Travel required. If you are an experienced Electronic Medical Record Analyst working with the NextGen EMR, we have an opportunity for you to join our team!

 

You will work with the Admin team and providers to develop and implement detailed project plans that the team can revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.  This position reports to the Director of Clinical IT.

Work with Next Gen EMR, and other integrated software.

Develop Management Level Plans for projects that include process, ongoing gap analysis, major milestones, issues and completion success.

Work with Management team to create and consolidate weekly status reports.    

Develop and prepare quality review documents to keep projects on task.

Effectively applies PM methodology and enforces project standards

Prepare materials (PowerPoint decks, Visio, Project Plans) for       Executive review and staff training and implementation.

Manage and minimize our exposure to risks on projects. Conscientious application of HIPAA regulations.

Ensure project documents are complete, consistently up-to-date, stored and accessible.

Assist patients and providers in a brisk-paced state-of-the-art interventional fluoroscopy suite. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and knowledge of anatomy, patient and employee safety, be dependable, organized, able to multi-task with keen attention to detail. Candidate will have good interpersonal communications and computer skills and possess the ability to work cohesively with a team. Shifts scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm primarily at Stillwater with occasional travel to cover open shifts at other pain sites.
