You have the opportunity to provide an excellent patient experience by communicating with patients on the telephone.  Types of calls include med refills, medical questions and other care-related concerns.  Ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service and interpersonal communications skills, knowledge of medical terminology and proficient computer/typing skills.  Knowledge of NextGen EMR helpful.   Experience in ambulatory care-clinic environment helpful. Strong organizational and time management skills essential.  Completion of medical assisting or practical nursing program required. Patient Coordinator - CMA/LPN- Float

Midwest Spine Institute is a growing medical clinic specializing in the treatment of spinal injuries and disorders and is seeking two full-time Clinical Operations Supervisors.   Responsibilities will include providing direction and resource to registration and clinical teams to improve operations, enhance employee and patient satisfaction and strive for clinical excellence at all sites.  Ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years experience in ambulatory care setting including supervising others. Certification/licensure as CMA/LPN required.  Other health professional may be considered.
